Responding to Messages

We will be exchanging messages on a regular basis, and it's important for you to understand when we need an immediate response from you:

• For immediate messaging, we will be using Discord as our preferred communications platform both within our team as with parents. Messages on Discord need to be responded to as soon as possible, if not immediately;

• Emails do not need an immediate response. However, if no deadline is specified, they should be replied to within 2 working days.
