Creating a School Culture

We see Kaleide as a microculture where everyone has the opportunity to learn from others.

The adults in our community are role-models for the children, and it is their actions, their values and their passions that speak to the children and inspire them. As any culture, we also need cultural norms (or rules) which we have chosen to build upon a solid foundation of trust.
