Learning Contexts

Essential in a good curriculum plan is providing, facilitating, and initiating meaningful and authentic opportunities and experiences to help children further understand ideas. For us, the word meaningful is the critical element here, since it is significant, self-chosen and real-world experiences that give the child a sense of purpose.

The child-centred strategies we aim to implement at Kaleide International School build critical thinking and reasoning skills, further children's creativity and independence, and help them earn a sense of ownership over their own work.
